Villa Delenia
Tucked away in a hidden stretch of the Aegean Sea, Villa Delenia is more than just a holiday home; it’s a private sanctuary on the southern coast of Evia, Greece’s second-largest island.
The Property
Delenia consists of six buildings, featuring five en-suite bedrooms, each with its own cooling system, fireplace, and underfloor heating for winter stays. The estate also includes two kitchens, two living rooms, a study, and three dining areas, offering ample space for relaxation and gathering.
Outdoor Spaces & Amenities
Guests can enjoy a spacious terrace with panoramic Aegean views, al fresco dining areas, a stone barbecue, and a traditional Greek bread oven. The estate also boasts tennis and basketball courts, an outdoor four-poster bed, a Hammam (Turkish steam room) with a sauna, and a sea-water swimming pool
Food & Cooking
The villa staff will provide daily cooking services, preparing two meals per day for guests. Since it’s still early, we will provide more details on specific meals and food options closer to the date. (We are thinking of brunch and dinner; let us know what you think!)
The guest deposit covers the cost of meal preparation, including the chefs' services and a contribution toward fresh produce and groceries for these meals.
If you’d like additional meals or snacks beyond what is already included, you’re welcome to do your own shopping. Guests can arrange a taxi or use your rental car (if applicable) to visit the local markets and shops. There may also be an option to request that one of the chefs pick up a few extra items while shopping for the group meals, though this will depend on availability.
Please note that guests will be responsible for any additional grocery or shopping costs.
