Expected Take off
Athough the wedding dates are April 23rd – 28th, please keep in mind the time difference and the length of the flight. To ensure we arrive in Greece in time for check-in on the morning or afternoon of April 23rd, we will likely need to depart from Toronto late in the evening on April 22nd (around 10 PM).
please be prepared to be in Toronto and ready to fly out on the night of April 22nd. This will likely be an overnight flight, meaning we would arrive in Greece on the 23rd, depending on final flight schedules.

The Day Before the Wedding
The excitement begins! The day before the wedding, we will come together for a formal dinner and take time to prepare for the big day ahead. A more detailed timeline of the day’s events will be provided closer to the date once final arrangements are in place.

The day we’ve all been waiting for! We’ll be celebrating in an incredible setting, surrounded by the people we love most. From the ceremony to dinner and dancing, everything comes together to make this an unforgettable day. A full schedule, including timing for each part of the celebration, will be shared closer to the date. We can't wait to celebrate with you!

the next couple of days are all about relaxing, soaking up the sun, and enjoying everything Villa Delenia has to offer. Whether you want to unwind by the sea, explore the area, or simply enjoy good company, this is your time to make the most of the experience.

Checkout Day
Our time at Villa Delenia may be coming to an end, but your travels don’t have to! We know many of you plan to continue exploring other parts of Europe, and if so, our travel agent—whose contact details are provided on this site—can help coordinate your plans.
The exact checkout time will be confirmed closer to the date, but we’ll make sure to keep everyone informed so you can plan accordingly.

RSVP & DEPOSITS
To secure your spot, we kindly ask for a $250 deposit per guest at the time of RSVP. Given the limited number of spots available, this deposit helps us ensure that arrangements are made for those who are committed to attending.
Final Payment: Six months before the wedding, in October 2025, we ask that guests submit the remaining $250, bringing the total contribution to $500 per guest. This amount will go towards meals throughout your stay—detailed information on how this contributes to food can be found under the “Your Stay” section.
We want to be as transparent as possible about anticipated expenses so that no one is caught off guard. We completely understand that this is a significant trip, and while we would love for you to celebrate with us, we also understand that it may not be feasible for everyone. If you’re unable to attend, please let us know as soon as possible.
